 Download and install https://adoptopenjdk.net/
Download and extract icedtea-web-1.8.win.bin.zip from https://icedtea.wildebeest.org/download/icedtea-web-binaries/1.8/windows/ 
 edit <java>\conf\security\java.security and comment out 
 jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3, TLSv1, TLSv1.1, RC4, DES, MD5withRSA, \
 DH keySize < 1024, EC keySize < 224, 3DES_EDE_CBC, anon, NULL, \
 include jdk.disabled.namedCurves
 
 use bin/javaws.exe from icedtea-web package für iDRAC 8
